Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at The Skin and Body Firm. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our clients and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

Cancellation Policy for our Valued Clients:

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card.
Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
No-Shows or notifications given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee amounting to $50

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person. While we do our best to achieve desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on prepaid services or refunds to deposits made on services. Funds can be reallocated to a Spa store credit OR can be used towards the purchase of the different services offered at The Medical Spa.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products. All sales are final.

There are no refunds on Gift cards. Gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase.
